The Role: Asset Carer – Driving Manufacturing Excellence

Key Responsibilities for the Asset Carer:

  • Spearhead engineering maintenance initiatives, leveraging performance indicators to achieve targets and drive operational elevation.
  • Maintain equipment to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and cGMP compliance.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to boost the efficiency and reliability of plant operations.
  • Actively participate in maintenance planning meetings to contribute to a cohesive and effective maintenance strategy.
  • Prudently manage maintenance budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and value.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of equipment and system issues, implementing robust solutions grounded in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
