Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Remote UK - (You will be required to travel to London or Manchester once a month)
The Role:
To manage the implementation of the digital marketing strategy across the channel mix, with a focus on the online pharmacy and services. Alongside managing the day to day running of the PPC agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on the implementation of the marketing strategy to grow online pharmacy and services in line with overall digital marketing goals and support other parts of the business where appropriate.Support traffic and conversion growth across paid channels, including, but not limited to Google, Bing, Facebook, Apple Ads and Display.Support the delivery against targets and KPIs for customer growth, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value at effective CPA.Manage marketing agencies to ensure campaigns, promotions and content are timely and accurate and work with them in the creation of testing plans that enable channel optimisation.Keep abreast of relevant innovation to ensure personalisation and targeting capabilities are cutting edge and effective.Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keep accurate records and highlight where variances occur.Measure, evaluate, and report against activity, sharing learnings from continuous testing and optimisation with the wider team.Provide support to the business, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in full.Support the team with researching competitor activity • Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.Problem Solving & Change:

Highly numerate and data-driven, with experience in Google Analytics.Hands-on experience in creation of paid advertisement campaignsExperience of working effectively with internal teams and external partners.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.The ability to show experience working with large budgets in PPC and showcase the results of their work.ATL marketingIdeally:
