Vistra UK is currently recruiting for a Associate, Company Secretarial to deliver support to the Company Secretary in the day to day running of the Company Secretarial team, providing excellent service for clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, entrepreunerial business that is growing. We offer good career progression opportunities both in the UK and Globally and offer training contracts to assist individuals in passing the ICSA qualification.
Key Responsibilities:Co-ordinate holding of board meetings, AGMs / EGMs Preparing documentation, attending board meetings and taking minutes for both SPVs and Irish Regulated Funds Companies Registration Office filings including Annual Returns Maintenance of Statutory Books and Registers Liaising with external directors and shareholders, accountants, auditors, liquidators Participation in a variety of project work
Attributes/ Technical Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong multi-tasking skills An ability to work to tight deadlines Strong organisational skills Experience of Microsoft Office products Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions/ offices of the bank and professional intermediaries
Relevant Experience:Experience within financial services or the trust industry an advantage
Education and Professional Qualification:A primary degree and/or full or part ICSA qualification
