The Partnerships and Contracts Team is a small, but busy team overseeing and supporting a number of the Probation Service’s national contracts and partnerships arrangements. The post holder will be supporting the contract and partnership management priorities of the team and will be a key point of contact for end users which includes being responsible for answering the team’s functional email account. The post holder will also support the Partnerships and Contracts Leads with managing contracts and partnership arrangements including creating and analysing contract management information data, supporting with the co-ordination of meetings, attending, note taking and chairing meetings as appropriate, deputising where needed for the Leads, and liasing with both internal and external stakeholders amongest other duties and responsibilities.

Overview of the job
The role is responsible for delivering business change partner support to PS Divisional Deputy Directors as directed by the System Integration team.
Summary
The system change team will be part of the central DDC team but with a matrix line into the Divisional DD. They will deliver against an agreed national change programme. An initial priority will be ensuring integration between PS and CRC. In Wales these will include integration with Probation/Prisons and therefore solid line into HMPPS Wales.
