The role As a Business Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll perform the site administration tasks necessary to ensure the smooth running of site.
Day to day, you’ll support various functions across the site along with internal and external stakeholders, complete all admin duties and answer any queries as they arise.
Support the site manager, including diary management Organising meetings and minute taking Liaise with HR Administration to ensure a joined-up administration service is in place Travel administration Administration of diary / keys of pool cars keys Fuel card administration
Essential experience of the Business Administrator:
IT Literate, experience in Microsoft packages is advantageous Proven excellent communication, both written and verbal Stakeholder/customer management is advantageous
This post is 37 hours per week Monday – Friday. This is a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 3 days a week spent on site.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
