To plan all aspects of short term (0-3 months) production in support of the order fulfillment process. This includes planning production of finished goods, balancing capacity and the planning and procurement of raw materials, all while maintaining a strong focus on inventory targets and customer requirements

Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily production schedules in accordance with the required batch size, available capacity and raw materials. Ensure a balanced and accurate plan for production teams (correct load, BOMs, pack types) Monitoring sales orders, MRP traffic-light (SAP MD07 or APO Alerts) screening, adhering to planning parameters Review of order status with supply chain stakeholders (Production, QC, Internal logistics, etc.) Confirm and ensure a proper follow-up of customer orders until departure, including reason code maintenance and batch strategy compliance Proactively inform customer experience teams of any issues on orders. Partner with the production team to check planning adherence Escalate ad hoc planning parameter adjustments and support periodic planning parameter reviews Manage inventory level under budget directives while maximizing service Contribute to inventory quality and accuracy using remaining shelf-life reviews of sensitive items, inventory recycling and sharing, requesting physical inventory checks when needed Anticipate future raw material requirements, shortages and take preventive actions in coordination with buyers (airfreight, alternative sourcing, etc.) Monitor POs until reception and QC approval Requisition analysis & issuing of POs to selected supplier(s) according to buyer’s guidelines Provide timely and relevant information on problem raw materials to the production planning and customer experience teams and escalating where appropriate Review all planning parameters with data owners to achieve a feasible plan and optimal inventories Drive plant teams to adhere to global standards ensuring minimal stock outs and close to zero overstock. Work with all other planning teams at the plant level to ensure inventory targets are met Be the guardian of the slow moving and obsolete (NVA) inventories, ensuring proactive actions to reduce any risk of obsolescence

You bring:
University degree or equivalent 2-3 years of production scheduling planning experience preferred and Production Process knowledge Contribute to team success, quality orientation and continuous improvement Excellent communication, partnership and influencing skills in English Proven ability to operate and collaborate in a team in a fast paced envionment Highly analytical and able to make decisions within defined parameters Good commercial acumen with the ability to understand the wider financial picture and act accordingly SAP ECC, SAP APO, Kinaxis RR or equivalent preferred and MS office proficiency is essential APICS Bascis, CPIM or DDI (DDMRP) DDPP Certified would be a plus
