REQ ID: 112622 JOB TITLE: Change Specialist SALARY: £44,100 - £53,000 POSTING END DATE: 28/02/23 LOCATION: Gaydon

Beyond Property, Purchasing, HR and IT, more than being part of our Finance or Marketing teams, beyond even Sales and Service, every role in every business area offers unique opportunities to make an impact on the future of mobility and the automotive industry.

Procurement Transformation & Operations works closely with the business to identify, scope and lead improvement and transformation projects across Procurement. The improvements range from addressing mandatory and business continuity capabilities, to introducing game changing ways of working enabled by technology, people and processes, in line with Procurement and Jaguar Land Rover strategy.

The Change Management role is responsible for leading and delivering the integrated change management strategy, approach and plan, including communications and updates to cross-functional leadership and external stakeholders to support the Procurement requirements within the Integrated ERP Project.

The Change Manager liaises with stakeholders and change champions across the business to ensure alignment on key messaging, co-ordinating the Communications, Training and Adoption Leads during delivery and collating feedback on lessons learned and inputting into future strategies.

You will need to identify and manage anticipated resistance and maximise engagement of key stakeholders using change management techniques and tools. Gain commitment and involvement of senior and line management and those affected by the change using influence and interactions to advocate adoption of the change. You will conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and apply risk mitigation techniques to maximise likelihood of successful and sustainable implementation of change.

Carry out mapping activity and identifying gaps between current and future state business processes. Ensure you maintain lessons learnt from change interventions and share key lessons with Procurement Digital change practitioners as appropriate.

Be competent in the development of dynamic communication strategy, ensuring alignment into the Digital-first approach, enabling stakeholder groups to be effective through various mediums through the change lifecycle. Be able to prepare communications plans – creation, development, delivery and management of communications, ensuring all project communications are managed consistently in-line with the GP Digital messaging approach.

You will measure effectiveness of change and communication activities, adjusting approach where required. Provide change management inputs & updates to the Programme Manager as required. In addition to this undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested .
