The Counselling and Mental Health Service at the University of Bradford is looking for a client liaison administrator to join our team of counsellors and mental health advisors. This is an integral and key role within the team and would attract an individual with strong people skills who can be a first point of contact for our Service.
Excellent communication skills are vital to this role due to the hands on and helpful can-do nature required, particularly when addressing our service users. We are a busy service within a diverse, exciting and often demanding environment. An empathic and compassionate approach, along with an understanding of the confidential and sensitive nature of the work the Service offers, is critical.
The successful candidate will be essential to the smooth running of the service, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out accurately, supporting with the management of appointments and demand via our waiting list and providing critical liaison between counsellors, mental health advisors and clients. You will need to be organised, efficient and able to prioritise appropriately as well as able to work effectively within a team.
This is a full-time role on campus within Service opening hours 8.30 -4.30 Monday - Friday.
