An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Generator, the university’s enterprise centre, as Communications Officer.
The Generator helps students and graduates to develop entrepreneurial skills, start new businesses and grow existing ventures via a wide and varied programme of activities.
The Communications Officer will create and oversee marketing and communication activities for the team in order to grow engagement both internally and externally. In addition to communications activity, the role will also have an element of student-facing support.
You’ll be based in our newly refurbished enterprise hub at our Greenwich campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting student and graduate engagement in enterprise by designing and developing our website and social media accounts.Using analytics to monitor the usage and effectiveness of marketing campaigns to help inform development of these. Creating high quality video and print promotional material. Providing support to students accessing the Generator.Leading on communication activities for externally funded projects.The role is ideal for someone creative with a keen interest in entrepreneurship, who would enjoy creating content across a variety of media.
