Job Title: Community Engagement lead
Salary: £48,997 to £60,115 plus a Location allowance of £1,639. You will receive £48,997 the band minimum. Progress to the band maximum of £60,115 will be via incremental progression.

This role will oversee the delivery of community engagement within Learning and Development, working alongside strategic partners to develop trust and confidence across the curriculum and leaning pathways.
To work with Met and community stakeholders to identify key design requirements for the Learning Target Operating Model.To understand the strategic goals of the Learning Target Operating Model and identify and support the design of new processes that will help it achieve its goals.Overseeing the delivery of multiple strategic projectsAble to comprehend strategic challenges and draw out and design processes to meet themStrong interpersonal skills in engaging with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
