The Role: Shaping Customer Connections

As a Connection Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring new or altered metered connections, handling services for up to 4 properties or power requirements up to 69kVA. You'll be instrumental in managing the entire process, from initial customer enquiry through to the completion of the work. This involves:

  • Building strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Efficiently processing customer enquiries and managing quotations.
  • Facilitating site visits and processing payments.
  • Coordinating the scheduling and execution of work with delivery teams and contractors.
  • Utilizing and operating work management tools such as SAP and SAP CRM.
  • Investigating and escalating customer complaints to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including Electricity Guaranteed Standards and GSOP Standards.
  • Contributing to broader team and departmental projects, potentially in areas like finance, business process, regulatory, or compliance.
