THE OPPORTUNITY: OpenText’s Carbonite & Webroot Sales team is looking for a Corporate Account Executive (CAE) to join our UKI & Nordics team. As a CAE at OpenText, you help customers to become more Cyber Resilient. You are responsible for identifying and selling OpenText’s Webroot & Carbonite products through the channel, using proven Sales Plays to net-new prospective accounts in your assigned territory. You are part of a regional team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals who understand that their customers are and have experienced unprecedented change in Cyber Security tactics over the last few years. Potential customers trust your judgment to help them solve their most pressing business problems, and to support them in their journey to the cloud and to become more cyber resilient. You will stop at nothing to help them find the right solution to positively impact their business, improve their most important business processes, and reduce their risks. You are used to owning the complete sales process and are comfortable with complex sales cycles. Your track record of successful attainment of your targets will be rewarded with one of the most competitive compensation packages in the industry.

YOU ARE GREAT AT:

Acquiring net new customers by developing an active pipeline of new logo opportunities. Prospecting new accounts and identify key decision makers within the targeted accounts. Experienced in the full life cycle of sale: prospecting, developing, selling, and closing. Partnering with our Channel Team to drive incremental net-new revenue. Work seamlessly with partner community to harness relationships and sell with/alongside them. (Moved higher up the list). Consultative selling and be able to translate customer pains into fit for purpose solutions. Preparing comprehensive territory plans. Identify, develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable revenue bookings Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal. Masterful client presentations and running effective meetings. Clearly articulating the value proposition of solutions and products and the endless possibilities of the digital enterprise to your customers. Collaboration across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues. Responsible for forecasting monthly/quarterly business within an acceptable tolerance.

WHAT IT TAKES:

You have a track record of at least 5+ years of B2B selling across the data protection and/or cyber security space. Bachelor’s Degree required or trained in the Sales Profession and a passion for continuous learning. Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver bookings for the company. You have experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises or hybrid solutions. You have expert knowledge of the B2B buying process and know all your key competitors and closely follow industry trends. You deploy advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets. BONUS SKILLS

Security / Data Protection and/or SaaS Sales experience a plus. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly. Salesforce Experience.
