As a Team Leader you’ll manage a busy, fast paced team who work with internal and external colleagues on a wide range of activities. Making sure we achieve excellent customer service through enquiries and correspondence and engagement with communities is this team’s core activity. The successful candidate will be progressive, demonstrating the core team leader capabilities and strong, confident communication skills whilst engendering and encouraging an inclusive workplace. The variety of work that the team covers means that strategic leadership is needed to help maintain focus and direction. You'll provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring that the team always works in a healthy and safe manner promoting their mental and physical wellbeing. You will demonstrate an understanding of performance management and will be eager to inspire, motivate, challenge, and develop others.
