Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will ensure all inbound customer calls are managed correctly and requirements are processed right first time. You will;Respond and take ownership of our customers’ orders and to deliver inspirational customer service Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Exteriors UK Ltd Undertake additional, customer related activities as reasonably requested by your Manager Be the key contact for customers and the external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end
This is a 2 shift pattern based role, and rotates weekly:08.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs, 08.00-15.00 Friday 09.00-17.00 Mon-Thurs, 09.00-16.00 Friday
At Etex Exteriors UK Ltd we are looking for a dedicated, communicative and innovative person to join our team, for this position you will also require:Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment (preferably within a construction / manufacturing environment) Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above Ability to use Microsoft & Excel – Basic level SAP experience beneficial
