PROOF OF RIGHT TO WORK CHECKS IN THE UK IS CHANGING ON 1ST OCTOBER 2022.
During Covid and post Covid, Sitel have been legally verifying proof of right to work via video call. This has enabled us to have a fully virtual recruitment and hiring process, however as of 1st October 2022, legislation is changing so please read carefully.
This means that if you have a conditional verbal offer of employment with us after a selection, screening and interview, you will need to provide us with your proof of right to work.
If you provide us with:In date passport - This would need to be legally verified virtually via an online portal by our third party provider - Giant Out of date passport/Birth certificate/Adoption Certificate along with a national insurance number OR an in date passport with a change of name deed- you would need to travel to one of our Sitel sites to have this legally verified in person Sharecode - We would conduct a video right to work check virtually.
Our recruiters will explain this process to you at the very start of a screening and interview so please ask us any necessary questions then.
