Job Title: Digital Pharmacy Assistant

Salary: up to £9.55 Per Hour + additional supplement when working between 6pm to 10pm

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract - 37.5 Hours per week

Location: Meir Park, Stoke-on-Trent

The Role:

To comply fully with SOPs and service level agreements to ensure patient safety at all timesTo provide excellent levels of customer service to internal and external customers to ensure customer needs and requirements are met / exceeded and complaints are dealt with in quick and effective mannerTo have an awareness of branch targets and proactively seek opportunities to increase revenue by actively promoting appropriate products and services in the branch to meet customer needs, maintain and grow profitability of the branchTo identify opportunities for MURs with customers to assist in meeting branch MUR targets passing potential scripts to Branch Manager for further actionTo support other services as required by the pharmacy contract and identify opportunities for the Branch Manager to deliver these.Maintain optimum stock levels in the branch and ensure products are displayed in line with planograms to ensure stock rotation and limited stock holdings in branchTake ownership for personal development and training to ensure requirements of role are fulfilled and product knowledge

Key knowledge and skills required for the role:

Experience of working in pharmacy businessAbility to demonstrate excellent customer service skillsAble to work as part of a team and provide support to othersWilling to learn and develop personally to improve understanding of Pharmacy businessLevel 2 Dispensing Assistant Qualification (NPA/Buttercups)

Work Pattern

Rotating shifts between 7am to 11pm. For example: You will do Week 1 (7am to 3pm) | Week 2 (3pm to 11pm) | You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
