We are currently looking for Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect

The UK Microsoft Practice provides industry-proven experienced Microsoft experts that personally own and deliver elements from a set of services focused on assessing current and future needs for Atos customers with a focus on Microsoft products. Come in and join our growing Dynamics 365 team and help to shape and grow the UK&I’s Dynamics 365 capability.

Our team is part of a Global practice – you will be involved and provide leadership at the global level! We hold regular sessions with Microsoft teams to understand the future of the Microsoft roadmaps and promote active encouragement to build relationships with 3rd parties.

The Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, estimating and implementing code as well as basic environment management. Successful applicant will be expected to work closely with project team members and architects to ensure successful completion of project deliverables.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Deliver high quality developments (customisations and integrations) Work closely with Technical and Solution Architect to understand requirements and suggest estimations and design concepts for possible gaps Work on proof of concepts Write technical design documents Review functional design documents Lead small team of developers and mentor other team members Collaborate with governance team and project manager with regards to deliverables Code release management, ensuring successful build and deployment to relevant environments with appropriate release notes Manage requirements and tasks on ADO Administer and manage CE environments Solve technical issues encountered during testing cycles, raising to Microsoft support as required Participate in training activities to technical customer teams Partner with multi-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction and solution delivery Lead the end-to-end solution implementation for D365CS to cater to all the possible business scenarios and ensure the design are well implemented and successfully executed by the team.

Desirable skills & experience:

Technical Architect with 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Development and environment management

Candidate must possess below skills and knowledge in Dynamics CRM:

Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM design and development experience Programming lagunages: C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc Proficient with developing, deploying, customising, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM Proficient in customising and creating CRM entities, Plug-in development, Form Event Programming using JavaScript, Business Rules Good knowledge in implementing business workflows and processes Proficiency in using the CRM SDK Deep understanding of Azure and cloud technologies, .Net development and Power BI Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement tracking Release management experience (Solutions) in design and implementation of system integration tools ideally gained on Microsoft Azure integration tools Experience in Microsoft Power Platform, e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Portal etc Experience in developing new Model-Driven and Canvas Apps as well as enhancing existing apps, including the use of Data verse as a data source Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods Automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate Ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Power Platform Experience with API or Rest services integrations Experience of Agile Methodology Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources Providing Power BI reports and dashboards development and support is a plus.

Candidate must possess below consulting skills:

Ability to lead technical team Good demonstration skills Microsoft certifications is a plus Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams is a plus Flexible team player with great attitude High degree of initiative and personal responsibility Stay current on Dynamics 365 and related technologies Proficient in English communication (verbal & written).
