The UK Microsoft Practice provides industry-proven experienced Microsoft experts that personally own and deliver elements from a set of services focused on assessing current and future needs for Atos customers with a focus on Microsoft products. Job Description The Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for overall design of the solution, reviewing client business requirements, processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency and lead the functional team through all phases of project lifecycle .

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Lead and participate in requirement gathering activity with customer team Participate in FIT/GAP process and the ability to design end to end solution Write high quality functional design documents Demonstrate Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing capabilities to the customer/client Lead workshops with client and internal teams together with functional team Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements Advise on complex Dynamics 365 CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM framework Demonstrate knowledge and experience in CRM implementation practices and methodologies specifically Agile methodology Review technical design Lead and participate in estimation process Communicate and coordinate with Development team and technical lead to implement Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities for customers Provide Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to client and mentor team members. Define training needs and mentoring of team members.

Desirable skills & experience: Senior Functional Consultant with circa 7+ years of experience in full cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales, Customer service and/or Field service).

Candidate must possess below abilities in Dynamics 365 CRM:

Comprehensive Product knowledge across CRM first party applications with a focus on Sales, Customer Service and Field Service. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing is a plus. Deep understanding of Power Platform Framework, Dataverse and Customer Data platform applications. Demonstrable knowledge of supporting tools and applications within the Microsoft stack and their capabilities alongside Dynamics 365 such as ERP. Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects in US & Europe. Experience of Agile Methodology. Has experience in data migration and data management in projects. Has experience in functional integration design and comprehensive knowledge of the Dynamics platform and integration tools. Experience in using Azure DevOps for documenting requirements and usage of testing framework. Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and early live support. Designing the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions customized to meet the identified customer business needs. Utilizing knowledge of Microsoft solutions to accurately estimate the effort required to deploy a customized solution. Leading client discussions to review possible solutions to the business requirements presented. Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and collaborates with functional analysts, architects, and developers, communicating what is required. Monitoring the progress and quality of the project. Mentor Junior Consultants.

Candidate must possess below consulting skills:

Excellent customer facing skills, able to communicate at all levels. Experience in client presentations and comfortable being part of pre-sales activities. Flexible team player with great attitude. Ability to lead a team. Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus. Stay current on Dynamics 365 and related technologies. High degree of initiative and personal responsibility. Able to gain or currently hold UK Security Clearance to ‘SC’ level. Proficient in English communication (verbal & written).
