As an Environmental Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Senior Manager with a range of environmental matters, from policy development to regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities and Growth Areas:

- Regulatory Oversight: Take ownership of Regulatory Document Management, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant. This aspect of the role will hone your attention to detail and understanding of complex regulations.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Oversee and interpret monthly Environmental Performance Monitoring Data, including annual fuel and carbon reporting. This will sharpen your analytical skills and your ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Emergency Response Planning: Manage and maintain the Environmental Emergency Response Plans for all company vessels, ensuring preparedness and effectiveness. This responsibility fosters a proactive and robust approach to risk management.
- Stay Ahead of Regulations: Actively research and stay current with new and developing environmental and energy regulations impacting the marine industry, suggesting necessary amendments to global procedures. This role demands continuous learning and a forward-thinking mindset.
