The role

As a Facilities Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide operational delivery of a first-class Facilities management service.

Day to day, you’ll manage the day to day operational delivery of Facility services, estates and maintenance and any other facility projects, you’ll be responsible for direct reports including customer service team and facilities team as well as Service provider (on site contractors).

Work at sites with site heads and operations staff to ensure FM services support the delivery of the core output of sites Carry out site based monthly / quarterly reviews as required Develop strong relationships with suppliers, site occupants, stakeholders and other members of the FM team Ensure that the management of contractors on sites is in accordance with policy and procedure

Essential experience of the Facilities Manager:

Proven Facilities Management experience Delivery experience desirable Commercial acumen knowledge Proactive Ability to work on own Excellent communication written and verbal

This is a full-time role based on site in Donnington. Travel to our Ashchurch site in Gloucestershire will be required from time to time, to support the delivery of facilities and related activities.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
