Who we are looking for?Anyone who wants to learn about area management opportunities within our Star Pubs business.We’re more about developing and coaching rather than sales; the roles that we’re looking to speak to future talent about would suit candidates who have had previous area/regional retail or operations management experience.We’d like to hear from candidates outside of the pub industry (retail, hospitality etc.) and people who are as passionate about consumers and customers as we are.

Around 200 pubs operate on our Just Add Talent model (a managed operator agreement).
