Are you proactive and highly organised? Do you have a problem-solving approach and commitment to improving processes and systems? Do you have an interest in supporting and developing our employee relations practices?
You will join our Specialist Support Team, with responsibility for the organisation and administration of all our trade union meetings and employment policy activities. You will also prepare management information for the team, and provide advice and support to the wider HR team on employee relations and policy matters. There will be opportunities to help shape changes in process and practice, and to be involved in projects across the wider Specialist Support portfolio.
With a proactive and problem-solving approach, you will have excellent organisational and administration skills, high attention to detail and advanced Microsoft office knowledge and skills to create and administer the suite of electronic libraries needed to ensure excellent employment policy governance.
