As a Hire Administrator, you will be the cornerstone of our customer's rental experience. From the initial inquiry right through to the off-hire process, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves:

  • Managing customer rental needs efficiently and professionally.
  • Handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone and in person.
  • Coordinating vehicle changeovers and rotations to meet evolving customer demands.
  • Proactively identifying and arranging vehicle servicing and MOTs, keeping customers informed.
  • Processing new rentals and off-hires with accuracy.
  • Managing and processing invoices, as well as handling operational jobs for vehicles requiring attention or experiencing breakdowns.
  • Playing a vital part in achieving fleet and revenue objectives.
  • Ensuring all operations comply with relevant legislation.
