- Experience in Regulated Environments: Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems in a manufacturing engineering setting is essential. Experience with contractor supervision, planned maintenance processes (PPM/TPM), and risk assessments (including COSHH, IOSH, PUWER, LOLER) will be highly valued.
- Commitment to Safety and Compliance: A thorough understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) control standards, particularly regarding contractors, is crucial.
