• Strong Operational Focus: You will be responsible for managing work requests, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance on procedures within the REBEL facility and its Work Control Centre. A background in manufacturing or engineering is highly advantageous.
• Experience in Regulated Environments: Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems in a manufacturing engineering setting is essential. Experience with contractor supervision, planned maintenance processes (PPM/TPM), and risk assessments (including COSHH, IOSH, PUWER, LOLER) will be highly valued.
• Commitment to Safety and Compliance: A thorough understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) control standards, particularly regarding contractors, is crucial.
• Security Clearance: Please note that successful candidates will need to obtain and hold Security Check (SC) clearance. Rolls-Royce will support this process.
