Job Title: Medhub Operations Assistant
Salary: £21,340
Contract: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Permanent
Location: Meir Park, Stoke-on-Trent
The Role:
Support the Medhub and Wardles sales teams and customers by handling all non-sales related activities and duties in support of the operation of the wholesale function whilst seeking continuous improvement in ways of working both within business function and cross functionally. This role is a link between the Medhub and Wardles team and both our customers and internal teams.
Key knowledge and skills required for the role:
Completing key underpinning duties and tasks related to wholesale sales processes in order to support the Medhub and Wardles business function.
Management of sales inbox for Medhub customers and internal regarding general queries and tendersTimely query management and resolution- customer facing via email and phoneSupporting SalesForce administration updatesIdentify and communicate blockers and improvements to processes internally and customer facing, to resolution where possible.Support both Field Sales and Telesales with day-to-day non-sales tasks e.g. new starter set up and inductions, customer account issues, marketing activitiesEnsures pro-active, accurate and timely communications to customers and internal stakeholders.Documentation of processes and ‘how to guides’ to support business continuityManagement of sensitive information in line with GDPR and company policesProblem Solving & Change:
Customer facing inbox management to identify themes to allow for improvements in customer service and internal processes and sales opportunities. High level task analysis to support pain point and change review Task management on varying priorities changing throughout the month with varying stakeholders Customer queries and issues supported to resolution or correct signpostingKey knowledge and skills required for the role:
Excellent communication skills required Continuous improvement mindset required Pro active approach to change management, does not wait to be told Requires good IT skills across outlook, excel and word as a minimum Able to work at pace with high level of accuracy Salesforce experience and short line wholesale knowledge is preferableIdeally:
