Job Title: Operations Co-ordinator – Activity, Retail & Communications

The Role:
Support the Operations Manager in the sequencing and capacity of operational activity in our Pharmacies.Support the Operations Manager with the operational relationship between OTC Commercial and Central Operations.Support the Operations Manager with all Internal Communications to the Field Team, Pharmacists and Pharmacy ColleaguesProvide general co-ordination support across the wider Operations TeamKey Responsibilities:
Uses the Pharmacy Activity Planner in an administrative capacity to support the Operations Manager in ensuring that activity is planned and managed.Liaison with OTC Commercial, ensuring all activity and processes are aligned with OTC Best in Class and aligned to Pharmacy Activity Planner / Capacity Plan, to support Pharmacies landing retail activity right first time.Publish content in engaging formats using our channels to create most interest amongst each audience. Produce high quality content, understanding how to make it impactful and consistent in different types of media.Lead on the Internal Communications Tracker and Calendar to ensure all messages are aligned and land in a timely way. Responsible for the day-to-day planning, production and publishing of all operational communications, working with all content owners across the business to create engaging, clear and accurate copy that supports our business objectivesMeasure the impact and outcome of communications and make recommendations based on analysis – data and feedbackProvide support across all aspects of The Hub (intranet) to ensure always up to date and easy for Pharmacy colleagues to locate.Support the Operations Manager in organising and (when necessary, deputising for) the Pharmacy Activity Board (PhAB) meetings, ensuring full attendance of key stakeholders.Provide Field Management and central functions with data and insight.Support the Operations Manager with additional workload as business strategy and deliverables require.Support with co-ordination activity across the wider Central Operations Team as required.Problem Solving & Change:
Strong problem solving & critical thinking. Produce relevant Management Information/Compliance reporting when required. Makes recommendations to the Operations Manager to deliver communication outcomes. Plans own time to react to business priorities, contributes to 1 – 3 months planning of communications. Strong capability in managing the variety and number of potential queries per day.Key knowledge and skills required:
Great verbal & written communication skills.Experience of operational and engaging communications delivery.Strong focus on attention to detail, including extensive vocabulary, spelling and grammar and a great eye for design.Thinking creatively and solving problems with tight deadlines.Excellent planning & organising, with a strong focus on attention to detail.Experience of operating within a fast-moving organisation facing multiple change agendas.Experience of working to objectives set and self-managing workload within team and across function.Ability to work effectively within a team as well as individually.Influencing and managing relationships with key stakeholders and across business.Proficient use of IT skills, familiar with Microsoft suite.In return, we offer:
