Key Responsibilities:
• Working in close collaboration with the Senior Account Manager supporting Local and Regional Accounts as well as supporting Global Account Directors and Clients • Time spent performing tasks such as data maintenance, project management and coordination as well as in a business/sales support capacity • Ownership and maintenance of relevant Master files and product databases will be your responsibility – pricing, forecasting, regulatory project reworks and notifications to Client, regulatory document requests and maintenance thereof • Develop and maintain an understanding of the standards required by our Clients, as well as building close relationships with internal cross-functional, divisional teams • Master Company data base systems to support vitality tracking, coordinate brief to adoption process with ACM, navigate project management tools along with sampling, base tracking, and consumer tests. Interface with Client, in coordination with ACM, required from time to time • Ensure that all information requested by the client is provided in a manner that meets their needs and standards (quality and timescale) • Coordinate sales under given specific scope and collaborate with supply chain and customer care to ensure optimal service and continuity • ‘Stepping-up’ to provide greater flexibility to the ACM and cover absence when necessary

• Your experience – you will have Perfumery or FMCG experience with sound commercial awareness • Your IT skills – you will have the Ability to work with multiple systems and databases and you should have advanced PC skills in Windows environment (incl. PowerPoint and Excel).
