ROLE As Programme Director at The Pharm, you will be an integral part of the senior team leading and delivering the Brand Experience advertising scope for Boots. You will have a team of three PMs (PM & x2 SPM) who are dedicated to this scope and work closely with the Business Leads and Client Partner. You will be at the heart of all the projects that run through the team and central to the day to day operations of how the team operates, this includes regular face to face contact with multiple clients. Working closely with the Creative Partner, you will be a champion for creative excellence continuing to improve and evolve with every initiative. You will not take 'no' for an answer and seek to leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of brilliance. You will be a production and delivery expert, with the ability to problem solve all the way through the creation and trafficking of assets. In addition, you will have solid understanding of strategic and creative development phases and able to navigate the team through complex integrated projects with multiple streams of work. This is a hands on role when you will need to balance high level programme management of the full body of work with project management of your own projects, plus coaching and developing the PMs in your team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Programme Management Is accountable of the programme of work as part of the Boots BX scope Works with Resource Manager to navigate challenges and deliver solutions Partners with business leads to triage new briefs and discuss approaches to the briefs Leads on Boots ways of working with regular reviews and optimisations of them with a particular focus on integration across Media & PR. Strategically input into the overall running of the team and success of the account. Project Management Hands on management of projects from brief through to delivery. Escalation point for PM team when their projects require extra support. Production expert in TV, Social, Digital, Print, Radio and main point of contact for our production partners Hogarth. Communication Act as the single point of contact with cross functional partners, ensuring an easy flow of information and a unified voice to our client and production partners. Be a trusted escalation point for client and agency for projects that your team are running that may hit problems. Creative Partnership Collaborate with creative teams to shape and craft the creative idea into reality Champion creative and push the craft levels with each and every campaign Passionate and curious about production trends and talent Run post initiative wash up sessions looking for opportunities to optimise process and raise the bar on creativity Work closely with our production partners, Hogarth, to develop ways of working and optimisations Financials Overall responsibility of production budgets and ensuring clear reporting and tracking to client Approve timesheets and track burn against project scopes Keep track of projects and highlight overages and out of scope requests Work with the operations lead on yearly scope for fee which includes bottom up costings across all projects Responsible for tracking freelance spend against scope Work with Business Leads on monthly income reporting WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Team player who can lead and collaborate in equal measure Someone who 'shows up' and adds value at every stage Strong experience in production across TV, Film, Social, Digital and Print Leadership qualities with the ability to be 'hands on' Excellent written and verbal communicator Ability to pivot and adjust quickly Passion for beautiful creative and an ambition to grow and develop Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to detail, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and consistency Experience working independently and self-managing productions supporting multiple stakeholders.
