The role As a Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working on the Skynet Service Delivery Wrap Contract, you’ll play your part in supporting vital military satellite communication systems. Your work will contribute to shaping the future of satellite communication systems within defence. And, with our track record of innovation, you’ll continually develop your knowledge and expertise. Day to day, you will:

Co-ordinate an integrated project delivery team ensuring that successful delivery of projects through planning monitoring and control in an INCOSE Systems Engineering environment Manage stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, supply chain, client engagement and partners, identify, monitor, plan and implement responses and reporting of risks Lead the project to deliver world class performance by means of employee engagement, continuous improvement and identifying and implementing the latest technology Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the project, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.

This is a full-time permanent role which allows you the flexibility to work from home and the office. You will be required to come into our Ashton Vale office 1-2 days a week and occasionally travel to our Corsham site.

Essential experience of the Project Manager:

Experienced Project Manager, focussed on being a part of a cost effective and efficient project delivery team Experience of managing 4/5 projects simultaneously

Qualifications of the Project Manager:

PRINCE/APM or equivalent certification Certified Scrum Master, AgilePM certified or equivalent
