The Hornsea Hub requires a receptionist for this multi service operation which alongside leisure includes the library, customer services, children’s centre and day opportunities. The role is to support the operation of the facility and promote good customer relations in accordance with council policies and procedures. Main duties include dealing with customers enquiries face to face and by telephone or email, taking bookings through the computerised booking system, cash handling and reconciliation.
