Summary
Regional Physical Security Managers will liaise directly with internal peer-groups across the EMEA region and will be responsible for the strategic management and site supported delivery of all physical security services, programs, and initiatives. This position will interact with local and regional teams and is tasked with overseeing all aspects of physical security within the region for the global physical security department. Responsibilities
• Access Control System (ACS)/CCTV global strategy alignment and consultation.
• Support the Global security system management to ensure effective delivery of security systems projects across the EMEA region (ACS/CCTV global system management)
• Collaborate in the development of security programs and assist in the deployment of these programs regional and globally, including the development and maintenance of program policies, processes, ACS/CCTV troubleshooting, problem resolution and future proofing.
• Physical premise security consultation (including new builds/major renovations and new client implementations requiring secure area setup). Work with various system integrators and collaborate in the coordination of installation and maintenance services.
• Guard management strategic guidance to regional and in country teams based on global policy and standards.
• Physical asset management guidance and consultation to regional and in country teams based on global policy and standards.
Qualifications
Education :
Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Target :
2+ years of professional experience in a similar role
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skill and excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with clients, employees and internal departmental leadership.
Knowledge/Abilities:
Working knowledge of current industry trends and developments pertaining to security operations such as physical access controls, CCTV, and incident response. Expert knowledge and experience in Physical Security best practices (technical knowledge and demonstrated technical expertise) Ability to follow oral and written directions and be able to provide guidance, training and supervision to others Ability to show sensitivity in interactions with a diverse population; to maintain composure and demonstrate professionalism and restraint at all times; Significant experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
