We are seeking a new Residential Life Coordinator (Customer Service and Administration) to support students and summer conferencing guests in the halls of residence. The successful postholder will need excellent customer service, administrative skills, and attention to detail to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders. You will be a key member of the Residential Life team, managing the Customer Service team, ensuring a high level of service is provided to each guest. You will be key in ensuring processes are adhered to, with a passion for administration, and improving the experience of each guest. You are expected to be flexible to respond to the needs of the Residential Life team and stakeholders depending on changing client requirements and the priorities of the team and are required to work regular weekends.
