Your Role: We have an excellent opportunity for a Scientist to join our biologics Manufacturing team, as a Scientist you will be responsible for conducting customer driven manufacturing campaigns, coordinating internal resources and supporting the team throughout the duration of the project. With a solid understanding of GMP production activities and shown expertise in upscale production methods, and a key contact working with the manufacturing team. Working closely with the client to transfer in new customer projects, coordinate documentation, materials and training as required to ensure successful production and release of clinical intermediate material. Who you are:

Educated to Ph.D. level a biological related subject or a closely related subject with post-graduate experience. Alternatively, a BSc degree within these subjects and significant proven experience. Significant work experience in a GMP/ GLP regulated environment including cell culture and virus handling It is preferred although not crucial that you will have proven skills and knowledge of using upscale production methods such as Wave Bioreactors, Bioreactors and closed system production methods. Experience in process development in which manufactures can be improved on. Ability to develop or adjust processes as to improve product yield Preferred knowledge and experience of using the Unicorn software. Strongly passionate about quality and safety Strong planning and organisational skills Good communication and self motivated with strong initiative and drive Ability to work in a Grade B cleanroom production environment Good standard of written and spoken English and are computer literate
