Operational Resilience: Our team works in the Agile methodology to review critical application technology, assess resilience, onboard it into our lab and design various tests. Our team will focus on the strategy, infrastructure, and processes required to benchmark different recovery strategies. The primary objective here is to understand the various scenarios, build out test harnesses to enable thorough end-to-end tests, and establish a repeatable framework. As a member of this team, the successful candidate will be Working as a Scrum master or SDM Kanban framework partnering with a cross divisional squad to test scenarios involving core infrastructure such as databases. #LI-MS2 QualificationsJob Skills: - Knowledge of Agile frame work and experience with Scrum Master or Kanban SDM. - Knowledge of Unix/Linux - Knowledge of one or more scripting language: Python or YAML - Excellent understanding of the concepts behind RDBMS Databases (SQL, Oracle, Sybase or Db2) - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for developing new and creative solutions to complex problems - Prior experience working in a production management environment would be preferred - Exposure or interest for environments on demands (SAAS, IAAS, PASS) and/or Cloud technologies Morgan Stanley is an equal opportunities employer.
