Key Considerations for Candidates:

• Location & Travel: While the base is Havant, the role predominantly covers the southern area of the UK. Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible to travel, with the ability to work away from home when operational requirements necessitate. A valid UK Driving License is essential.
• Working Hours & Standby: The core operational hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, but candidates should anticipate and be willing to work outside of these standard hours on occasion. Standby engineering duties are a requirement in the southern region, so flexibility in this regard is important.
• Technical Expertise: A solid foundation in security systems, including CCTV and access control, is required. Proficiency in the maintenance and installation of electronic security systems, coupled with strong IT skills (including Microsoft and security system configuration applications), is crucial for success.
