Future Worlds is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Faculty Operating Service, based in The Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences. About you:
The Future Worlds Senior Administrator is a vital member of our small team. You will be responsible for supporting our engagement with researchers, academics and students to help maximise the outcomes founders can achieve.
You will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to Future Worlds, including the development and management of effective processes for the team, supporting the delivery of Future Worlds events, and capturing and analysing relevant data.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring candidate with a desire to make an impact through creating open opportunities that enable people on campus to pursue bold startup journeys. You will contribute to the inclusive culture at Future Worlds, bringing together faculty staff, academics, researchers, students, startup founders and external stakeholders to enable ambitious outcomes.
We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills to help us engage the research and student community and promote commercial opportunities. Experience of startups is desirable, and you should be a fast learner with a drive to achieve high quality results quickly.
