It manages every aspect of our brand worldwide, from corporate advertising campaigns and sponsorships to marketing messages, research, product naming, graphic standards, and publication systems. Regional Team Profile: Based in London and Frankfurt, the team in EMEA consists of four Firmwide Marketing professionals as well as 11 colleagues responsible for Media Relations, Internal Communications and Community Affairs. Collectively, they maintain and manage Morgan Stanley’s brand and reputation regionally and provide guidance and support to the Firm’s institutional business (Investment Banking, Sales and Trading and Investment Management) and Technology and Human Resources. Overview of the Role: Morgan Stanley is looking to hire a Marketing Executive with experience of brand and marketing, content and creative development and stakeholder management. Reporting to the Firmwide Marketing and Brand Manager in London (VP), they will collaborate extensively with colleagues locally and with Firmwide Marketing in New York to ensure alignment with the Firm’s global brand and marketing strategy. This varied role requires a creative, collaborative individual who can work in a global team, can manage and own key marketing activity, aspects of which include developing briefs and creative assets, reviewing marketing collateral, preparing presentations, copywriting and stakeholder management. The role also requires extensive collaboration with the Firm’s internal Creative Studio. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with attention to detail. Responsibilities Act as a support to the Firmwide Marketing VP with marketing campaigns for various lines of business and regions. Responsibilities include the development of visual identity and creative content, ms.com content, social media campaigns, presentations, and post campaign reports Write, co-ordinate and manage marketing briefs; liaise with the Firm’s internal creative studio to ensure the timely delivery of on-brand marketing assets Co-ordinate regional employee photoshoots, including drafting briefs, liaising with photographers and local colleagues Assist with the positioning and development of creative assets for regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, such as diversity and return to work programmes and brand ambassador campaigns Support Campus Recruiting with the development of on-brand regional marketing collateral, including creative, ms.com content, video, content and social media campaigns Support the Institutional business with ad-hoc marketing requests, including content for client conferences, logo requests, company descriptions, advertising and other marketing assets Manage the calendar and content development for internal signage Develop presentations for stakeholder updates and quarterly business reviews Maintain ongoing metrics and campaign reports Proactively keep up-to-speed with the Firm’s brand and marketing strategy; act as a regional brand ambassador for Firmwide Marketing by keeping regional business stakeholders informed QualificationsQualifications Experience across brand and marketing, content and advertising Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders within and outside of marketing Experience in working in a large agency or corporate environment advantageous Excellent verbal and written skills Strong grasp of briefing process and experience of working with internal and external agencies Experience developing creative assets, including messaging, copy, video content and photography Collaborative team player, comfortable managing multiple requests and demands within tight deadlines Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work tactically and take on ad-hoc requests as required Bachelor’s or advanced degree Italian as a second language is desirable but not required Morgan Stanley is an equal opportunities employer.
