About the role
As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist within the EMEA Chapter, you will support the EMEA Chapter Lead in transforming Group Internal Audit (GIA) into a learning organization.
This includes contributing to
Conducting skill gap analysis within GIA help to understand what capabilities employees need to develop to be competitive for the future audit and non-audit deliverables. Developing plans and solutions to meet GIA's strategic skill requirements and focus areas including but not limited to designing upskilling programs to further employee core audit skills, soft skills as well as SME (subject matter expertise). Creating a mentorship program within GIA to connect employees to accelerate staff development. Collaborating with Product Owners, Operation and Strategy Managers and other Chapter Leads on people related topics, including development path Creating and maintaining a GIA development paths which help us to attract and develop people according to their aspirations and GIA's strategic needs. Collaborating in the scheduling process to make sure that auditors with the right skills are assigned to the right audit at the right time. Play a role in recruiting process to find the right people with the right skills for GIA
Furthermore, you will be involved in different initiatives relating to developing inclusive and open culture at GIA.

Education and experience
Minimum of 7 years work experience relevant to learning and development Experience working in or close collaboration with audit, compliance, or risk management. Experience in project management or similar Experience in developing people and changing organizations Facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship building skills Knowledge of the Agile principles or strong desire to learn it (training and coaching will be provided to the right person) University degree (preferred)
