The Service Architect is responsible for the efficient and effective design of digital service delivery to ensure services meet the needs of West Mercia Police customers.
Develop and maintain Digital Services’ customer service designs, including the delivery of relevant service architectures to support the strategic transition of business solutions into production, by identifying and integrating business, information, and technology architecture, in alignment with service strategy, creating a culture of perpetual challenge and continuous improvement in the delivery of internal and 3rd party services.
Works as part of the DS Architecture team and architecture practice to identify impacts on service architecture and user service experience. Will have extensive knowledge and experience of ITIL v4 or ITIL v3 alongside Service Handover and Delivery.
Collaborates closely with the solution delivery teams and technical resources, the Architecture Team, Operations Manager, Service Manager and the Supplier Relationship Manager to define service objectives, commercial arrangements, service levels and other performance indicators.

Service Delivery Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager, Architect or similar experience.
This role is commutable from Kidderminster, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Malvern, Ledbury, Evesham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Bewdley, Droitwich Spa and Pershore and is just off junction 6 of the M5.
