Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserves, Reserve Manager

Natural England is seeking a professional and highly motivated individual to plan, oversee and where necessary carry out the day to day management of its suite of reserves on the Suffolk Coast. This individual will need to have broad experience in practical land management, good all-round ecological field skills, the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with volunteers, local communities and partners, will need to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and be able to provide the functional day-to-day management for a small number of staff. The successful candidate will occasionally need to contribute to management of other reserves and delivery of Natural England’s wider work in the area – so an adaptable approach needed and good team working skills are needed.
