We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individuals (permanent and assignment) with a strong leadership skills, or potential, to join our teams in Operations Regulatory Services (ORS). As an ORS Team Leader, you will need to be adaptable so you can build an efficient, knowledgeable and diverse team. You will provide essential leadership to officers and technical leads to drive and deliver our work through regular change. Whether that be a change in your team's responsibilities across the different schemes we manage, or changes to how the schemes themselves are administered.You should expect to deliver a wide range of work through your team. However, you will not need to be a technical expert. A basic working knowledge of our schemes will be advantageous, but this can be developed once you are in the role. The most important thing is your ability to connect with people, supporting them with the leadership they need to be their best. You should have the ability to represent your team without being a subject expert, to bring together and motivate team members to do their best for the environment and the wider team.
