Job Title: Dispensing Doctors BDM (Telesales)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Competitive Commission Structure
Contract: Permanent
Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
Location: Remote - Covering the UK
Medhub have ambitious growth plans for 2022/23, there has never been a more exciting time to join us. Our Dispensing Doctors BDM (Telesales) role is not your typical “telesales” role. We are looking for someone who understands the market, and the potential. Someone who wants to build this channel to further penetrate this exciting sector and support the National Sales Manager with lead generation and basket build from existing customers. Experience working with Dispensing Doctors is essential, as is sound knowledge of the generic, PI and surgical market.

Well Pharmacy is a chain of 750 independently owned retail pharmacies owned by the Bestway Group, this role is advertised on behalf of Bestway Medhub & Wardles. Medhub, who are also part of the Bestway Group, but operate as an independent shortline wholesaler (Wardles) is a long established Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) offering agency and trade surgical proposition to dispensing doctors and pharmacies across the UK.
Bestway Medhub work in partnership with independent pharmacies, and dispensing doctor practices across the UK. Offering a wide range of products and services, helping our customers look after local communities by consistently delivering their prescription items every day.

What you will do:
Proactively sell the company’s full portfolio of generics, parallel imports and OTC products to achieve personal targets. Growing the Wardles brand within dispensing doctors, key to any successful candidate. Work closely with the Sales Manager to maintain and grow the territories, and to secure new business. Working within given parameters, maximise the volume and cash value of each sale by flexing pricing where necessary and by using other incremental opportunities (previous sales history, current deals, clearance lines, new products) Use existing relationships across a set portfolio of customers, to introduce Bestway Medhub and grow market share quickly Provide detailed and accurate pricing, and stock availability information to our customers. Reporting market data back into the business, allowing Medhub to keep their market edge. Achieve a regular call cycle at times agreed with customers Resolve or escalate any customer issues in a timely and professional mannerProblem Solving & Change

Proven experience within dispensing doctors Located within the southeast of England and experience of managing accounts in the home counties is highly desirable Experience in an outbound telesales role Knowledge of BA3 highly desirable, but not essential Excellent level of confidence, and well-developed influencing/persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections Numerate and competent with excel/IT literate Has excellent attention to detail A pleasant, polite, and professional telephone mannerIn return we can offer you:
