AV Planning Assistant

In this exciting new role, the AV assistant will report to their line manager and play a key role in delivering top-tier AV planning and activation across all campaigns. They’ll be expected to operate at a high standard—demonstrating strong organisational skills, attention to detail, consistent productivity, and sound commercial judgment. Job Description: Supporting the team to deliver consistent and best in class campaigns across AV To assist in buying and follow procedures and processes in relation to activation of client campaigns and business reporting. Supporting the team to ensure client servicing is to a high standard Start to build relationships with internal and external partners Complete team administrative tasks to a high level and with 100% accuracy Bring progressive ideas to life in media response and operational excellence Planning & Activation: Supporting the team to provide high quality implementation and innovative media solutions in response to briefs from comms planners and/or clients Basic understanding of TV and Audio channels and approaches within the planning process. Be commercially aware in a changing media landscape Responsible for the correct management of AV Investment across your clients using internal tools Building strong working relationships lower-level media owners Implement innovative and creative ideas to the AV planning process for your clients and share with wider team Demonstrate the ability to follow the campaign booking process accurately Attending relevant media owner meetings & surgeries. Ensure that we are delivering campaigns to planned campaign targets including key quality + value parameters Review previous activity, providing clients with detailed breakdown of results and opportunities for improvement of future activity Personal Excellence: Highly numerate and analytical Calm under pressure and able to deliver work to deadlines. Familiar with working as part of a team & understand how roles work together in the department Lean into problem solving Strong interpersonal skills Good communication across all levels within team, external media owners and comms planners Negotiation skills Great attention to detail – Ability to ensure 100% accuracy across all planning and commercial processes for yourself and your team Ability to prioritise workloads for yourself – flagging when workloads become unmanageable Proactive attitude to work and career development IT literate – competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to pick up new systems as necessary Inclusion and Diversity: Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
