We’re hiring for a Maternity Cover - Account Director as part of Amplifi in London. (July 2025 – Feb 2026) Purpose of the Role To deliver outstanding and profitable work for team clients via innovative and ambitious integrated content, partnership & sponsorship solutions, whilst managing a high performing team to do the same. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities People Relations and Excellence in Client Servicing Directs, mentors and nurtures their team Owns senior day to day management of TSL clients and agency planners to ensure work is to an excellent standard and relationship is collaborative and fruitful Challenges and probes client brief, ensuring the team has complete clarity on client objectives and delivers key creative and strategic input Works collaboratively with Media Owners to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive innovation Operational Expertise Installs consistent ways of working. Leads on negotiation of contracts with external stakeholders, together with development of scope of work and fee remuneration negotiations with clients Commercial Precision and Income Excellence Takes ownership and accountability of the commercial tracking, output, and delivery for their designated clients Creative Innovation Influential driver of The Story Lab culture. A main source of positivity and enthusiasm Qualifications + Skills Several years’ experience in content, planning implementation, client servicing fields Development and activation of content/ partnerships /sponsorship across multiple media disciplines. Experienced in running a team Detailed cross media knowledge Client & Project Management Negotiation skills and commercial understanding (incl. legal, contacts and the likes) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
