We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in the School of Arts and Humanities. This is a key administrative role supporting the successful delivery of postgraduate programmes. You will work closely with the School General Manager and academic staff to uphold our commitment to academic excellence and an outstanding student experience. This role is full time and fixed term until December 2025 and you will benefit from hybrid working at our state-of-the-art facilities in Battersea, London/home.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support all elements of postgraduate administration, including planning, marketing, admissions, induction, assessment, feedback, and exams.Act as a key point of contact for students, staff, and external partners—handling enquiries via email and in person.Manage student and financial records, including the use of Agresso for financial tasks and ensuring GDPR compliance.Lead on timetabling, room bookings, and the configuration of teaching spaces (including AV setup).Provide administrative support for committees, open evenings, and events.Support the engagement and payment of Visiting Lecturers.Ensure effective systems and processes are in place and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.Accurately maintain key statistics and undertake minute-taking for programme meetings.Oversee elements of calendar management, financial processing, and local procurement.About You:
