What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading with Impact: Empower and support Practice Managers to achieve operational and clinical excellence while building strong relationships with clinical teams to maximize performance and growth. Delivering Patient-Centric Care: Ensure our patients receive outstanding care and experience, always putting their needs at the heart of everything we do. Developing a High-Performance Culture: Lead by example, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your teams to reach their potential. Champion wellbeing, inclusivity, and high engagement. Driving Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, optimize practice capacity, and deliver strategic growth targets. Your ability to think commercially and make data-led decisions will set you apart. Enhancing Compliance & Governance: Ensure practices comply with all regulations and safety standards while supporting Practice Managers in maintaining high-quality patient care. Proven Leadership: A track record of inspiring teams and driving performance across multiple locations, ideally within regulated services or clinical environments. Commercial Acumen: Strong business insight, with experience in managing P&L, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Customer-Obsessed: A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and the ability to drive patient retention and long-term value. Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable navigating change, embracing challenges, and leading your team through transformation.
