Salary: £25,448 to £26,338 per annum (£20,633 to £21,355 pro rata)
We are looking to cover 30 hours across 5 days of the week (Mon – Fri).

The role
We are looking to appoint a part-time, (30 hours) Support Technician to support across our Art and Design courses here at York St John.
You will join the Art and Design Specialist Technical team, supporting students and staff with access to equipment and materials.
The post holder will oversee the day-to-day running of the Store. The role will be responsible for equipment loans and the supply and ordering of course materials.
Required skills and experience
We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, has an ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, and is extremely organised with an attention to detail.

The post holder will be part of the university’s Specialist Technical Team who are proud signatories of the Technician Commitment, working towards ensuring visibility, recognition, career development and sustainability of technical skills.
