What the day will look like

 

As a Consultant you will be responsible for;

Advising clients on Aon’s Assessment Solutions’ products and testing systemsManaging clients and projects independentlySet up and administration of virtual assessment centres, surveys and psychometric testsSupporting Senior Consultants in projects in selection and developmentSupporting the commercial team on pitches, proposals and work ordersDemonstrating our tools to clientsDesigning and implementing client solutions including but not limited to:Design: Assessment or Development Methodologies & Tools, Situational Judgement Questionnaires, Realistic Job Previews, Bespoke Reporting, Competency FrameworksAssessment: Pre-Assessment, Online Assessments, Interviews, Assessment CentresDevelopment: Development Centres, Providing Psychometric FeedbackTechnical: Systems Integration, Statistical Analysis, Solutions Testing

Skills and experience that will lead to success

MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalentProven workplace experienceStrong understanding of psychometricsAn interest in the technology and technical aspects of online assessment and systemsFlexibility to travel as requiredAnalytical, organised work style and a natural problem-solverStrong attention to detail, customer focus, and a drive to get things doneDesire to develop themselves and collaborate with othersExperience with HR system integrations is desirable
