We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Asset Reliability Engineerto join our team inMacclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 2NA and play a key role in driving excellence and innovationAbout the RoleAsset Reliability & Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies to meet asset availability targets, utilizing condition monitoring and data analytics to predict failures and optimize asset lifecycle processes.Deviation & Change Control Management: Investigate root causes of issues using problem-solving techniques, implement corrective actions, and assess the impact of changes on systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Audit Preparedness & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready status for plant equipment/systems and documentation, supporting regulatory audits by ensuring proper operation and understanding of equipment schematic drawings.Technical & Quality Documentation: Review and author technical documents such as GMP forms and SOPs, ensuring adherence to standards and contributing to operational improvements.Collaboration & Modernization: Work with support functions to deploy new technologies, modernize services, and drive energy-saving initiatives, while providing expertise in engineering systems and processes.What Were Looking ForOperational & Technical Management: Ensure the operational availability of critical plant equipment and systems, maintaining audit-ready technical and quality documentation for compliance.Continuous Improvement & Data Utilization: Use data effectively to drive continuous improvement, fostering innovation and implementing LEAN principles to optimize processes.Key Engineering Skills & Problem-Solving: Apply engineering knowledge to resolve technical challenges, using a problem-solving and analytical mindset to meet customer needs.Strong Communication & IT Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and technical document authoring abilities, along with proficiency in IT systems to support operations.Leadership & Client Focus: Show leadership in people management and planning, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and adhering to compliance standards for safety and quality (QSHE).What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a differenceWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
