As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager to manage, develop and motivate your team and ensure an efficient, effective, and welcoming experience for all. You will also assist the Food and Beverage Manager to maintain aspects of stock and cash control, control cost of sales, and labour.

Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, grades C/4 or aboveExperience of supervising bar and/or catering staff in a high-volume environment with a flexible, committed, and professional approach to workExperience of working with both an EPOS and Stock Management System and solid IT skills Excellent customer service skillsWillingness to work flexibly.Please refer to the job description for a full list of duties.
